Ingredients

• 2 ounces Vikre Boreal spruce gin
• ¾ ounces lemon juice
• ¾ ounces honey syrup
• lemon peel for garnish

Directions

• Shake gin, lemon juice, and honey syrup with ice until well chilled.
• Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with lemon peel.

To make honey syrup, combine equal parts honey and water and stir until the honey dissolves.
