Ingredients
- 2 ounces Vikre Boreal spruce gin
- ¾ ounces lemon juice
- ¾ ounces honey syrup
- lemon peel for garnish
Directions
- Shake gin, lemon juice, and honey syrup with ice until well chilled.
- Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with lemon peel.
To make honey syrup, combine equal parts honey and water and stir until the honey dissolves.
